Sunshine, on my shoulders

March 30, 2006 | Category: Family, It's a Trip

The sun came out this morning.

We were supposed to head out to the zoo, but we blew our spring break budget on the Field Museum to hang out with dinosaurs.

So now we're brainstorming what comes next.....

No corporate templates for this, huh?

Sounds like a nice day to go to the park. Swingsets are still free :)

Maybe Jennifer, who I love dearly, would make a better consultant. I like her ideas better anyway.

A rare occasion for me to disagree to a degree with RP. And looky there, I'm a poet. :-)

The grandest thing in the history of not having a corporate template to follow is the remembering how to fall back on the majesty of your own imagination. Without limit, without end to the possibilities.

I'm quite sure you haven't forgotten how to use it. And now? I'm wholly envious of your having the time to exercise it to its fullest extent.

Make a mud pie. Have rolling across the grass races. Homemade playdough sculptures, drying in the sun. Imagine.

Certainly there are corporate templates. In fact, it sounds like you need a Spring Break Corporate Mommy Resource Planning Consultant. Ahem, I have someone in mind, actually. *pick me, pick me!* If the weather is nice, how about a picnic?
